If you are here wondering how I am different or if I will be able to help you, I want to assure you that I can understand what it must be like for you to reach out and the fear involved in letting a stranger into your private world. It is not easy being vulnerable. I want you to know that in working with me, you’ll experience a logical, patient, and peaceful therapist. I listen carefully and read between the lines uncovering what might really be going on underneath. I have a deep sense of understanding, compassion, and empathy for the clients I serve. I will be on the sidelines rooting for you every step of the way through your process of healing and adjustment to a new season of your life.

Navigating motherhood can be extremely overwhelming for a woman to navigate alone. From conception to birth and beyond, it can be a stressful time in your life. Whether it be issues in trying to conceive, to prenatal and postpartum anxiety or birth trauma, it is best you enlist the help of a mental health professional to help you through this journey.
Therapy and counseling can help you work through the anxiety of the unknown. Therapy can help you implement healthy coping mechanisms as you work to balance all the things that you are presented with at this time in your life.

Upon booking your free consultation appointment, you will receive email confirmation of your appointment shortly. Once the appointment is approved, you will receive a telehealth waiver that will need to be signed electronically so make sure you check your spam folder to ensure you receive the email.

Next Steps
If you decide that you would like to pursue therapy and counseling with me, we will schedule you for an intake session and you will receive an email with new client paperwork that you can fill out electronically through a confidential client portal. You will be provided with a welcome packet that will serve as your guide and help you along the therapy process when working with me. Therapy sessions will be held weekly at the appointment time established during the initial consultation.
Common Questions
Shouldn’t I just be able to work through these issues on my own?
Navigating stress, overwhelm and other changes in life in a healthy way is important for your mental wellbeing, your physical health and your relationships with others. Enlisting the help of a therapist will help you discover your own inner strengths so that you can gain the coping mechanisms and strategies you need to navigate your moments of struggle and instead experience moments of peace, joy and serenity.
I am currently unable to attend in-person sessions and have a chaotic schedule, how will I be able to schedule appointments?
For your convenience, I currently hold 70 percent of my appointments through virtual online telehealth. You can attend sessions from the comfort of your own home, your office, or your car via our secure telehealth online portal and as long as you are in a confidential space. I offer evening appointments. Online therapy and counseling is available to all people residing throughout the state of California. In addition, I have a limited amount of in-person appointments on Fridays and Saturdays in the city of Pasadena.
What is the investment cost of therapy?
Your investment in therapy is invaluable and will reward you with lifelong positive coping strategies that will have an extraordinary effect on your mental and emotional wellness. The initial intake session is $225. All subsequent 50-minute sessions are $200. Couples’ sessions are $250 for a 50-minute session. Although, I do not take insurance, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance if necessary. Cash, credit card, and health expense card payments accepted. Please check with your insurance provider for reimbursement amounts or health expense card restrictions.
