Life Transition Therapy in Pasadena That Honors the Woman You Are.
A peaceful space for women navigating life’s biggest transitions. From motherhood, loss, betrayal, or simply losing yourself along the way, here you will rest, reflect and reconnect with who you are.
Wherever You Are, I’m Here to Support You
Whether you’re nearby in Pasadena or anywhere in California, I offer therapy that fits your life.
I provide in-person sessions in my Pasadena office and secure online therapy across California — so you can choose what feels most supportive and convenient for you.
You’re Holding It All Together And the Pain Feels Invisible
As a high-achieving professional woman, you’re used to pushing through. You manage deadlines, care for others, and hold everything together, even when you’re falling apart inside. But lately, things feel different.
Maybe you’re navigating the emotional fog of postpartum anxiety and trauma, silently overwhelmed by the pressures of motherhood. Or perhaps you’re reeling from the shock of infidelity, trying to make sense of betrayal while still showing up for everyone else.
Or maybe, it is another kind of shift entirely. The identify questions of perimenopause, echoing that same sense of disappearance you felt years ago, in early motherhood, like you are losing yourself all over again.
Whatever the transition, this is a space where you don’t have to be “on.” Where you can show up exactly as you are; anxious, heartbroken, exhausted, unsure of who you are becoming, and be met with care, clarity, and compassion.
Together, we’ll untangle the emotional chaos, explore what healing looks like for you, and gently guide you back to a life that feels peaceful, grounded, and more connected to yourself, and to what matters most through whatever transition you’re facing.

Common Questions
Shouldn’t I just be able to work through these issues on my own?
Navigating life’s biggest transitions like motherhood, loss, betrayal, or the identity shifts of perimenopause on your own can feel isolating even when you are capable of handling so much else. Working with licensed therapist gives you the space to process what you’re carrying, build real coping strategies, and move from just getting through it to actually feeling like yourself again.
I am currently unable to attend in-person sessions and have a chaotic schedule, how will I be able to schedule appointments?
For your convenience, I currently hold 50 percent of my appointments through virtual online telehealth. You can attend sessions from the comfort of your own home, your office, or your car via our secure telehealth online portal and as long as you are in a confidential space. Online therapy and counseling is available to all people residing throughout the state of California. In addition, I hold in-person appointments on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Do you offer therapy for postpartum anxiety in Pasadena?
Yes, postpartum anxiety and birth trauma are core parts of my practice. I offer both in-person sessions in Pasadena and secure online therapy across California.
What is life transition therapy?
Life transition therapy supports you through major shifts such as motherhood, relationship changes, perimenopause, loss or anything where your sense of identity feels unsteady. Together, we work through the transition and reconnect you with who you are on the other side.
Do you work with women going through perimenopause or are post menopause?
Yes. Many women experience perimenopause or post menopause as another identity shift sometimes resembling the same disorientation they felt in early motherhood. I help women name and navigate that experience.
What is the investment cost of therapy?
Your investment in therapy is invaluable and will reward you with lifelong positive coping strategies that will have an extraordinary effect on your mental and emotional wellness. The initial intake session is $270. All subsequent 45-minute sessions are $245. Although, I do not take insurance, I can provide you with a superbill that you can submit to your insurance if necessary. Cash, credit card, and health expense card payments accepted. Please check with your insurance provider for reimbursement amounts or health expense card restrictions.
